Natural Markings

1. All natural material is subject to unique markings, veining and colour variation. These are not a fault with in your product.

2. When samples have been submitted identical resemblance of the product supplied cannot be guaranteed.

3. Any descriptions of material offered are for guidance only and do not imply suitability for any particular purpose.

4. Manufacturer of a Bespoke product ordered by the customer (bespoke means a design ordered to your own specific size) cannot be returned for a refund, due to a change of mind by the customer or any natural grains or Variations with in there product. Durham Stonemasonry will only exchange a product if our company manufacturers the wrong size or design, to what the customer has ordered.
