John Niles - Stonemason
Who is in partnership with his wife Tracy set up Durham Stonemasonry in June 1999
John who served his time at Durham Cathedral, and worked there for a further 16 years before leaving to start the business of Durham Stonemasonry. John is hands on with all the restoration work and the manufacturing of the Natural Stone Products which is carried out by Durham Stonemasonry.He also makes the home visits for any works which need to be priced.

Lewis Morgan - Stonemason Previously worked at the York Minster for 5 years and then a further 19 years at Durham Cathedral. He Started for Durham Stonemasonry in October 2001.Over the years Lewis has manufactured some lovely pieces of work and his recent piece is the Capital for Masonic Hall in Durham City. Lewis is also hands on with all the restoration work which carried out by Durham Stonemasonry.

Carl Causer - Stonemason Carl left school and came to work for us as an apprentice in June 2004, He went to york College for 3 years and has now been a fully qualified stonemason for 7 years. Carl has produced some of the most beautiful Carved fireplaces which go all over the UK. He even carved a bespoke fireplace for his Headmaster from this secondary school. Carl is also hands on with all the restoration work which carried out by Durham Stonemasonry.
